Yes. Your trial starts on a Team plan and you can invite colleagues, share unlimited Spaces, and see every outstanding follow-up with a clear owner. If you continue with Fyxer after the free trial, billing is per user. Before it ends, review who's on your plan so you only pay for the people who need it.

Yes. You can switch between Pro and Team, or between monthly and yearly billing, from your Fyxer Dashboard → Admin settings → Billing. Enterprise runs on a negotiated contract, so those changes go through the Fyxer team.

If you're on one of Fyxer's legacy plans, you can stay on your existing plan or try out one of the new ones. Learn more: Fyxer's new plans: what they mean for existing customers.

There's no minimum to start. Pro and Team are self-serve at any size. Once you're at 10 or more members, talk to our team for a volume quote. Enterprise is an annual contract priced for your organization, so the team will scope it with you.

A seat is one paid member, however many inboxes or calendars they connect. So if someone links both Gmail and Outlook, that's still one seat.

With monthly billing, Pro is $49 per seat per month and Team is $99. Switch to annual billing to save 35% on Team or 25% on Pro.

Every paid plan also includes free Viewers, for people who need to see shared work without a seat of their own. Admins manage users and billing from the Dashboard. Talk to our team if you'd like help working out costs.

Fyxer learns and adapts to your needs, helping you stay in control of your inbox. Automatic labeling starts with Pro; the Free plan doesn't sort your inbox for you.

• Smart categorization: emails are automatically sorted into categories like To respond, FYI or Marketing, based on content and sender
• Personalized inbox management: you can decide which categories stay in your inbox and which are moved into folders for a cleaner, more focused workspace
• Refine your email categorization: if an email is miscategorized, you can update its category manually

Fyxer learns from your corrections to improve accuracy. Your data is never used to train third-party models, and you can opt out of Fyxer's own model training at any time.

On every plan, Fyxer can take notes in your meetings. Free records audio. Pro and above add video recording, plus a drafted follow-up email after each meeting (you can turn the drafts off).

You choose which meetings Fyxer joins: all of them, only external ones, only the ones you host, or none. For video meetings, Fyxer asks to join like any other attendee. The host may need to let it in, and can remove it at any time.

When the meeting ends, you'll get an email with a link to the recording and a meeting summary with actions. You can also choose whether meeting recaps go out to attendees.

No. Fyxer drafts replies in your inbox, and you decide what gets sent.

Protecting your data is our biggest priority. Fyxer is built around privacy and security, with SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001, and GDPR compliance. For Enterprise customers, HIPAA compliance is available too.

Only the data needed to deliver features is accessed, and everything is encrypted at every stage. We never sell your data, and the AI providers we work with can't use it to train their own models. For more information, visit the Fyxer Trust Center.

Absolutely. If you log in to Fyxer and delete your account, your inbox will revert to how it was before.
