Referral Programme

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Fyxer AI Referral Programme (the “Programme”). By participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms. Fyxer AI reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Programme at any time.

2. Eligibility

To participate as a referrer, you must:

• Be an active Fyxer AI subscriber. Both work and personal email addresses are eligible to participate as a referrer.
• Refer individuals outside of your own organisation. For the avoidance of doubt, a user who has created their own Fyxer workspace is considered part of that organisation for the purposes of this rule; referrals must be to individuals outside your current Fyxer workspace.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or agent of Fyxer AI.

To qualify as a successful referee, the referred individual must:

• Be a genuinely new user to Fyxer AI (not previously registered).
• Connect a new organisation not already active on Fyxer AI (expansion referrals within the same organisation do not qualify).
• Connect a work email address (Gmail or Outlook) to Fyxer AI. Personal email addresses do not qualify as a successful referee.
• Start a free trial using the referrer's unique referral link.

3. How the Programme Works

Referrers can share their unique referral link via email, LinkedIn, or direct message. When a referee clicks the link and successfully starts a trial, the referral is recorded as “pending”. A referral becomes “successful” — and rewards are triggered — when the referee connects their email inbox (Gmail or Outlook) to Fyxer AI. This inbox connection is the qualifying event for reward purposes, regardless of the language used in product or marketing communications.

Due to system processing, there may be a delay of up to four hours before a successful referral is reflected in your reward count.

4. Referee Benefits

Referees who join via a referral link will receive an extended free trial of 10 days (in place of the standard trial period). This offer is available for new organisations only and is subject to availability.

5. Referrer Rewards

Rewards are structured on a laddering basis as follows:

Rewards are issued within a reasonable time following the qualifying event. Credits are applied to your Fyxer AI account and will offset future subscription charges. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Please note: referral rewards are provided by Fyxer as recognition for recommending our product. They are not intended as, and should not be construed as, gifts or inducements in any regulatory or legal sense. Enterprise users should ensure participation is consistent with their organisation's internal policies on the acceptance of benefits.

6. Reward Eligibility & Restrictions

• Referrals must originate from a unique referral link. Self-referrals are not permitted.
• Only referrals to new organisations qualify. Referrals to individuals already using Fyxer AI, or to users within your existing organisation, are not eligible.
• Fyxer AI reserves the right to withhold or reverse rewards if fraudulent, automated, or abusive activity is detected.
• Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted for alternatives of equivalent value at Fyxer AI's discretion.
• Credits expire 12 months after issue if unused.
• Only the first successful inbox connection per referee counts toward reward eligibility. Subsequent connections by the same user, including disconnecting and reconnecting an inbox, do not qualify as additional referrals.

7. Gift Card Rewards & Tremendous

Gift card rewards (issued at the 5th and 10th successful referral milestones) are fulfilled by Tremendous, Inc. (“Tremendous”), an independent third-party rewards and incentives platform. By redeeming a gift card reward, you agree to Tremendous's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at tremendous.com.

Upon reaching a qualifying milestone, you will receive an email from Tremendous containing a reward link. From that link, you may choose from a selection of available gift cards. Available options are determined by your location and are provided at Tremendous's discretion. Current options may include, but are not limited to:

• Uber / Uber Eats (available globally)
• Apple Gift Card (available in most markets)
• Amazon (localised by country)
• Airbnb (available in most markets)
• Starbucks (available in the United States and Canada only)

Fyxer AI does not guarantee the availability of any specific gift card option in your region. Tremendous detects your location at the time of redemption and displays only options available to you. Fyxer AI accepts no liability for the products, services, or experiences provided by Tremendous or any gift card merchant.

Gift card rewards are subject to Tremendous's own terms, including expiry dates and redemption restrictions set by individual merchants. Please review Tremendous's terms carefully before redeeming.

8. Data & Privacy

To facilitate the Programme and fulfil rewards, Fyxer AI will share limited personal data (such as your email address and reward eligibility status) with Tremendous. This data sharing is subject to Fyxer AI's Privacy Policy and Tremendous's Privacy Policy. By participating in the Programme, you consent to this data sharing for the purpose of reward fulfilment.

Fyxer AI will not share your data with any other third parties in connection with the Programme without your consent.

9. Programme Changes & Termination

Fyxer AI reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time, with or without notice, at Fyxer AI's sole discretion.
• Change the reward structure, eligibility criteria, or available gift card options.
• Disqualify participants who breach these terms or engage in fraudulent behaviour.

If the Programme is discontinued, any accrued credits that have already been applied to your account will remain valid. Pending rewards not yet issued may be forfeited.
